From military reunions to family reunions, and groups of all kinds, BT&T will arrange lodging accommodations, show tickets, city tours & transportation, guest speakers, bands & color guards, tour guides and — best of all — a knowledgeable resource who is
familiar with the area, and can keep the whole process on track!

Itinerary prices are based on 20 paid people and include taxes and meal gratuities. Once your set a package price with a contract, your rates are confirmed. For each group of 20-47 people, your receive 2 comp tickets and 1 comp sleeping room or hospitality room. You may change or add any inclusions to better suite your group’s needs. We can provide bands, color guards, and guest speakers. (We know some fantastic guest speakers.) If you have bus transportation, a city tour is fantastic. See the lakes, trout hatchery, scenic view, Historic Hollister, Old Branson, Tablerock Dam and the most impressive College of the Ozarks. Tours last about 3 hours and cost $75 per bus. (Guide tips are at your discretion.)

How will the process work? We can keep the process on track in one of two different ways:
Either individuals call our 800 number to sign up for your reunion, and receive a confirmation in the mail. They make their own payments, request extra shows or specific accommodations.
Or, one coordinator can book everything for a certain number of people, pay us the group deposits and provide final counts when due, and we’ll send out one contract with an overall total.
Local Transportation
28 passenger shuttles cost $475 a day. 50 passenger busses cost $600–$700 per day. Shuttle services from our closest airport (SGF, Springfield Branson Regional Airport in Springfield, Missouri) cost $35 per person, one way. In-town shuttles run $-$8 per person based on the number of people and the distance traveled. We can also help arrange rental cars.
